Our Commitment At Our Best Friends, we want you to love your order! Because all of our products are custom printed on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

When We'll Make It Right We gladly offer a replacement or full refund if you receive:

• A damaged or defective item
• The wrong item or wrong size due to our error

How to Request a Refund Submit your request within 30 days of your delivery date by emailing ourbestfriends2026@gmail.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items returned without prior approval
